All orders purchased are subject to a one time charge flat rate of $9.00 USD for all returns or exchanges as a restocking/cleaning fee. Exchanges or returns are in new, "no wear" condition with all shoe and/or product boxes and packaging included.
Superlamb reserves the right to refuse a return if product has been worn, washed, contaminated, used, or damaged. If an item is damaged in transit on its way to you or is delivered to the wrong address, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Superlamb is not liable for product once in shipping carriers possession.
We accept returns & exchanges up to 30 days past purchase date* Please include a copy of the order in the original box with the product to be returned. If no copy of the order is available, please include a paper with your name and order number inside. If none of this information is provided to us, it delays your return/refund time as we will not know who to exchange or refund.
*EXCLUDES SALE, CLEARANCE ITEMS AND PRODUCTION SAMPLES. THESE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, FINAL SALE, NO EXCHANGES. Returns & exchanges only valid on regular stocked merchandise at regular price.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for the shipping on returns and exchanges.
